BEAUTIFUL LIKE ME
Done to represent my feelings toward myself and others in general. Part of the poem is an insult, part of it is a compliment and the end pieces belong to my lover. The image represents a more 'true to life' version of my 'dimensions'. I figured it was due for one. :P The poem can be hard to read, so I've written it below. Poem is also my personal creativity property, along with the image. In otherwords, I wrote it. No one else.

You shine so bright, dancing in the daytime.
You shine so bright dancing in the sky.
With all my might, I couldn’t understand you.
With all my might, no matter how I try.
You’re so important, staring in the mirror.
But it’s alright, because you never really see.
You’re so important, you think the world is ugly.
But it’s alright, because you’re beautiful like me.
No one sees you, lurking in the shadows.
No one sees you, singing all alone.
With all my heart, I wish that I could show you.
With all my heart, that the world is made of stone.
You’re so pretty, standing in the moonlight.
But it’s alright because you never really see.
You’re so pretty, you will never see the others.
But it’s alright, because you’re beautiful like me.
People shun you, screaming in the darkness.
People shun you, crying through the day.
With all my words, I couldn’t make you listen.
With all my words, but you threw it all away.
You’re so broken, they can’t pick up
the pieces.
But it’s alright, because you never really see.
You’re so broken, you think the world’s for you.
But it’s alright because you’re beautiful like me.
You know it all, while you’re standing in the spotlight.
You know it all, with a smile on your face.
With all my rage, I consume your reputation.
With all my rage, I put you in your place.
You’re so amusing, you think that you can
crush them.
But it’s alright because you never really see.
You’re so amusing, your obsession turns you ugly.
But it’s alright because you’re beautiful like me.
You fall so far, blood under the twilight.
You fall so far, empty eyes on me.
With all my love, fill you up with something.
With all my love, try to make you see.
You’re so heartless, tear me up inside.
But it’s alright because you never really see.
You’re so heartless, swept away in anger.

People shun you, because they cannot see.

You’re so broken, but together we can see.
You’re so amusing, show them all reality.
